Harm: any negative consequence, such as compromise of, or damage to, or loss of, an asset. [1]

Harm is a physical injury or damage to health, property or the environment. [2]

DoD
Hazard is a condition with the potential to cause injury, illness, or death of personnel damage to or loss of equipment or property; or mission degradation (source: JP 3-33). [3]
